While booking a medical flight a professional flight coordinator will explain you the complete steps that may be expected during the transport. Our medical team will arrive at the patient's origin and the patient will be escorted directly from bedside by the ground ambulance crew and our medical staff to the departure airport. When arriving to the Twin Prop or Jet Aircraft, the patient is than loaded directly from the ground ambulance unit into the aircraft special medical stretcher bed. During the air ambulance flight the critical care team will attend to the patient's needs.
Upon arrival at the destination airport, an awaiting ground ambulance crew will continue to escort the patient along with our medical team directly to the destination bedside at the receiving location. Throughout the process the Medical Coordination department will coordinate the departure and arrival of the patient flight progress with the appropriate medical facilities and family members.
