Air Medical Service on the Ground

When you call for air medical service, our case managers begin our structured procedures. When you initially place a call to us for air medical service, we do assess what type of medflight airplane and the level of health care professionals that will be required for the patient. We then coordinate the medical evacuation with all necessary air and ground transportation. Your case manager will ensure every detail is managed fully in order to be positive the patients’ air medical service is as comfortable and safe as possible. We will coordinate with other air managers and physicians at both the sending and receiving facilities so all those involved are well-informed.
